303 Advertising

303 is one of Australia's most successful independent creative agencies, with offices in Sydney and Perth. In 2002 the company approached Instinct Systems to enquire about switching from its traditional advertising agency system, which dealt only with accounting and media based issues, to a more creative job management system. Under their traditional advertising agency system, the company felt it struggled to access required information quickly and easily and needed a holistic system that could access all areas of business management. The JobBag software was installed, providing 303 with the tools to run, track and access information concerning the progress of any job at any point in time. The net result was that for an agency that started with 22 users of the software in 2002 the software is now used by more than 50 users across five companies and this group is rapidly expanding.
