Jane Olsen - Customer Care

Jane previously spent seven years with Image Plus, an advertising production agency, before joining Instinct Systems. Jane has worked in several financial roles for creative businesses and also ran her own small business.

Jane manages the client care program at Instinct Systems, and her focus is on delivering exceptional after sales service and support to all our clients. Jane is only a phone call or an email away from resolving any issues that our JobBag users may have.

Brad Herdson - Customer Care

Brad has been with Instinct Systems for 2 years, providing IT infrastructure and network technical support. As a specialist in programming and database design & administration, Brad manages new site installations (standard/PostgreSQL). He is also responsible for the testing environment in conjunction with the development team.

Brad's technical knowledge, and dedication to our clients' satisfaction is a real asset for Instinct Systems.
